Walking
From the center of Puerto Natales, head southeast on Avenida Eberhard towards Ruta 9. Continue on Ruta 9 for approximately 13 km, following signs for Mirador Dorotea. The entrance to the viewpoint is well-marked. Be prepared for a steep drive up a gravel road for the last few kilometers. The hike to the top takes about 1-2 hours. Entrance fee is CLP 5,000 per person.

Take a bus from the main bus terminal in Puerto Natales towards Torres del Paine National Park. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Mirador Dorotea entrance on Ruta 9, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From the bus stop, it is a walk of about 1 km up a dirt path to the viewpoint.
