From Wli Nature Reserve, take the main road towards Ho. Follow the signs for Accra. After approximately 60 km, you will reach the outskirts of Accra. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with George Bush Highway. Turn left onto the highway and follow it for about 10 km. Take the exit towards Achimota and follow the signs to Achimota Forest. The entrance to Accra Zoo is located within Achimota Forest.

From Wli Nature Reserve, you can take a shared taxi or trotro to Ho. From Ho, catch a long-distance bus or shared taxi to Accra. Once in Accra, you can take a local bus or taxi to Achimota Forest. Ensure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Achimota Forest. The zoo is located within the forest area, and it is advisable to follow up with local directions to reach the zoo entrance.
