Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Ishigaki City. Head southeast on Route 390, following signs for Ibaruma. This road will lead you through beautiful countryside and coastal views. After about 30 minutes, you will reach the junction for Route 214. Turn left onto Route 214, and continue for approximately 10 minutes. You will see signs for the Tamatorizaki Observation Platform. There is a parking lot available at the observation area. Please note that parking may incur a fee of around 500 yen.

Public Transportation
To reach Tamatorizaki Observation Platform using public transportation, take a bus from Ishigaki City. Look for the bus that goes to Ibaruma, which can be found at the main bus terminal in Ishigaki City. The ride will take about 40 minutes. Request the driver to let you off at the stop for Tamatorizaki. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-minute walk to the observation platform. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.

If you prefer a more direct and comfortable route, consider taking a taxi from Ishigaki City to Tamatorizaki Observation Platform. The journey will take around 30 minutes, and you can expect to pay approximately 3,000-4,000 yen. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
