If you are in the center of Sintra, start by heading towards the Sintra train station. From the station, make your way to the main road, Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Walk up this road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua da Ferraria. Continue straight, following the signs towards Parque da Pena. You will pass a few shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking until you see the entrance to Parque da Pena on your left. From the entrance, follow the pathway uphill towards the Chalet of the Countess of Edla, which is located within the park.

From the Sintra train station, take the Scotturb bus number 434 towards 'Cabo da Roca'. This bus will take you directly to the entrance of Parque da Pena. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can walk up the scenic paths that will lead you to the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sintra. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Chalet da Condessa de Edla' on Estrada da Pena.
