My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was a very causal night, like you were in someone's home for food and drinks, and our chef, David was the best. We laughed so much at his stories. He is a great storyteller as well as a great chef and the food was so delicious.

My daughter and I loved this class (it was her favorite part of the trip and we had a lot of fun at the French Quarter Festival). Perfect size - my daughter and I and another couple who were fun to meet! Raymond was the highlight!! He was very informative and fun to learn from! And the food was delicious! Will definitely do this again!

Experience was great. The chef, facilities and staff were very nice. Food was excellent. However, I wish we would have been more involved into cooking. Many times we had to watch the chef cook for us, and the dessert was 100% made by the chef. We also did not get the recipes.

Really an amazing experience. Cam was a great teacher and an all around good guy. My wife, son, and I got a lot out of this class and we definitely intend to us what we learned.

A local teaches you how his grandma cooked. I am already using his knife tips. I learned to make a dark roux for shrimp etoufee. We made jambalaya with authentic andouille sausage. For dessert, he prepared banana foster flambe. I can now make my own etouffe at home. He was a patient helpful teacher and an excellent chef.

Robert was a great and personable instructor and provided a full range of tips and techniques to help every skill level. One of the best activities we've done while in town. The gumbo was eye opening excellent and toasted rice is now on my table for good! So glad we did this class

Attended on 3/18/24 with Chef Raymond and had a wonderful experience. Was one of the most fun and educational activities we've done during several vacations in NO. Don't let the price deter you, it's worth every penny.

The experience was so much fun. We did our class with Preston and he taught us so much about the city and its rich history behind the dishes and why we use those particular ingredients. We were tipsy, eating, laughing and having a blast.
