On a business trip. Dinner took too long to be served. Waited most of the trip for a small meal. The Brunch cruise is a better experience. Not worth it.

We booked the cruise as a surprise to my boyfriend for his birthday. We had an amazing time. The food was not amazing, but I Didn’t expect much from a prefixed menu. The drinks were great. The photographer, servers, bartender, and DJ were all amazing and attentive. I would definitely do this again for a special occasion.

Great food and music selection, they were able to work with an allergy which was nice. Beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, we did go on a cloudy night but still worth it! Even with slightly rougher waters was smooth for dancing, would go again!

We talked to customer rep from chat before we booked the tickets regarding the wheelchair accessibility. The person said yes. We went there last night that there wasn’t an elevator to go outside to see the bay. The stairs were hard to climb. So my daughter was stuck inside of the dining area. She wanted to see the outside so badly. I think the company should specifically point out the handicap persons can’t go out because there is NO elevator.

Looking for something fun to do for the evening and found this Dinner Cruise. I would definitely recommend it. Plenty of food, good music and amazing views. The food was fantastic, the setting is right by the window for great views of Alcatraz, the beautiful lights from the city, Golden Gate Bridge and a bunch of other cool sites. My wife and I had a blast well worth the price.

This was a disappointing experience. The food was below average, our waiter seemingly took 15 minute breaks every 20 minutes, and the only other entertainment was a dance floor that was empty half the time. We were forced to find a waiter to give us water because ours was nowhere to be found 90% of the time. The views of San Francisco through the glass were nice, and you could go to the top of the boat in the breeze. It felt a little bit scammy paying $190 for this, it should've been about $70.

Food was okay. Service was okay. Seems expensive for the experience we all received. Multiple mistakes by the waiter. Wish we would have moved after dinner to a new floor.

Food was good. Have had better cocktails, service was good but the dining room was stuffy and very warm and the DJ played some good music. The weather that night was absolutely perfect....
