If you're starting from Circular Quay, head to the Circular Quay ferry terminal. Look for the signs directing you to the Taronga Zoo ferry, which is operated by Sydney Ferries. Board the ferry that is headed for Taronga Zoo. The ferry ride will take approximately 12 minutes and offers stunning views of the Sydney Harbour. Once you arrive at the Taronga Zoo ferry terminal, you will see signs directing you to the entrance of the zoo, which is just a short walk away.

From the city center, you can catch a bus to Taronga Zoo. Head to the nearest bus stop and look for bus routes 238, 239, or 333. These buses will take you to the Taronga Zoo entrance. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will need to walk a short distance from the bus stop to the zoo entrance.

If you're near the Mosman area, you can walk to Taronga Zoo from the nearest bus stop. Take the bus to Mosman Junction (buses 244 or 245) and then follow the signs towards Bradleys Head Road.
