From the main entrance of Chapada dos Guimarães National Park, head southwest on Avenida A towards the town center. Continue straight for approximately 10 km. Follow the signs for 'Mirante da Salgadeira'. The viewpoint will be on your right. There is no entry fee to access the viewpoint, but check for any parking fees.

Take a local bus from the town center of Chapada dos Guimarães to the 'Mirante da Salgadeira' bus stop. The bus leaves every hour and the fare is approximately R$5. Once you arrive at the stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the viewpoint. Follow Avenida A, and look for signs pointing towards Mirante da Salgadeira.
