Getting There

Car
If you are driving, first make your way to the main entrance of Torres del Paine National Park. From the entrance, follow the signs towards the Lago Pehoé area. After approximately 30 km, you will reach the junction near the Lago Pehoé camping site. Continue straight on the road for another 10 km until you reach the parking area at the start of the Mirador Británico trailhead. Parking is available for a small fee, typically around 5,000 CLP.

Public Transportation
To access Mirador Británico via public transportation, take a bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park. The bus will drop you off at the park entrance. From there, you will need to take a shuttle or arrange for a taxi to the Lago Pehoé area, which will cost around 10,000-15,000 CLP. Once at Lago Pehoé, follow the signs to the Mirador Británico trailhead. The hike will take about 2-3 hours to reach the viewpoint, and be sure to check the bus schedule for your return trip.

It is approximately 8 km long and involves a moderate climb, so wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water and snacks.
