Once you reach the 'Paine Grande' area, park your vehicle at the designated parking area. Note that there is a park entrance fee, approximately $35 USD per person, which covers your entry for multiple days.

From the 'Paine Grande' area, you will need to hike to reach the Mirador Valle del Francés. The trailhead begins at the 'Paine Grande' campsite. The hike to the mirador takes about 3 to 4 hours one way, covering a distance of about 7 kilometers. The trail is well-marked and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to carry enough water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear. The trail can be steep in some sections, so be prepared for a moderate challenge.
