Car
If you're driving from Kakum National Park, start by heading south on the road leading out of the park. Continue until you reach the junction at the town of Abura, where you will turn left onto the N1 highway. Follow the N1 towards Elmina. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Elmina. Keep following the road until you reach the outskirts of Elmina. Look for signs directing you to Mmoframa Akyinim, where the Coconut Grove Beach Resort is located. The resort is situated on the coast, so you will notice the ocean as you approach. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Coconut Grove Beach Resort using public transport, first, make your way to the nearest bus station in Kakum National Park. You can catch a trotro (shared minibus) heading towards Elmina. The fare should be around 5-10 GHS. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Elmina, ask the driver or locals for directions to Mmoframa Akyinim. From the bus stop, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi for a small fee to reach the resort.
