    From Kakum National Park, exit the park and get onto the Cape Coast-Elmina Road (N1). Drive for approximately 30-40 minutes, following the signs towards Elmina.     From Kakum National Park, you can take a shared taxi or a 'trotro' (minibus) to Cape Coast. The fare is typically around 3-5 GHS. Once you reach Cape Coast, transfer to another 'trotro' heading to Elmina. The fare for this leg is approximately 2 GHS. Upon reaching Elmina, ask the driver to drop you off at Elmina Castle, which is a short walk from the main road.
