    From Wli Nature Reserve, head southwest on the main road towards Ho. Continue on this road for about 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Ho. In Ho, look for the sign indicating the route to Tamale. Take the road marked for Tamale (N37), which will lead you to the northern regions of Ghana. After approximately 130 kilometers, you will reach the junction to Mole National Park, which is well signposted. Follow the signs for another 40 kilometers to the park entrance. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as fuel stations are sparse along this route.

  • Public Transportation

    From Wli Nature Reserve, you will need to take a shared taxi or minibus to Ho. This ride should take around 1 hour and cost approximately 10 GHS. Once in Ho, look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Tamale. The bus ride to Tamale can take several hours (approximately 5 to 7 hours) and may cost between 30-50 GHS depending on the bus company. Once you arrive in Tamale, you will need to find another shared taxi or minibus to Mole National Park. This last leg of the journey will take around 2 hours and cost about 20 GHS.
