From Skaftafell, head east on Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Höfn. Continue for approximately 55 kilometers (about 40 minutes). You will see signs for Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Turn left onto the road leading to the lagoon. Follow the signs and park in the designated area near the lagoon. The boat tours and cafe are a short walk from the parking area.
