If you are at the Uffizi Gallery, exit onto Piazzale degli Uffizi and turn left onto Via della Ninna. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto Via dei Calzaiuoli. Follow this street until you reach Piazza del Duomo, where the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is located.

From the Santa Croce area, head northwest on Via de' Benci, crossing the river at the Ponte alle Grazie. After crossing, continue straight until you reach Piazza della Signoria. From there, take Via dei Calzaiuoli directly to Piazza del Duomo. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore will be visible as you approach the square.
