    If you're starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southeast on Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via dei Calzaiuoli heading south. This street will lead you to Piazza della Signoria. Once at Piazza della Signoria, take Via della Ninna which will turn into Via della Santissima Annunziata. Follow this street until you reach the square. Piazza della Santissima Annunziata will be on your left.

    Starting from the Uffizi Gallery, exit onto Piazzale degli Uffizi and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Via Guicciardini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Pitti. From here, take Via Romana and keep walking straight until you see the entrance to the Boboli Gardens. Walk through the gardens and exit at the top, then head down Via di San Niccolò. Turn right onto Via della Santissima Annunziata and you will find the square on your right.
