Walking
From the center of Herculaneum, head towards the train station (Stazione di Ercolano) by walking along Corso Resina. Once you reach the station, take the Circumvesuviana train toward Sorrento. Get off at the last stop, which is Sorrento. From there, you will need to take a ferry to Capri. The ferry terminal is located near the train station in Sorrento. Board the ferry to Capri and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you arrive at Capri, follow the signs to the bus stop and take the bus to Anacapri. Get off at the stop for Giardini di Augusto, which is a short walk from the gardens.

After arriving at the Sorrento ferry terminal from Herculaneum, purchase your ticket for the ferry to Capri. The ferry ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Capri, follow the signs to the bus station and take the bus to Anacapri. After disembarking, walk a few minutes to reach Giardini di Augusto, located at Via Matteotti, 2.
