From Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Napoli Porta Nolana station. Exit the station and walk to the nearby Metro Line 2 at Garibaldi station. Take the metro towards Pozzuoli and get off at the 'Piazza Cavour' stop. From there, head towards the 'Museo' exit and walk uphill for about 15-20 minutes to Largo S. Martino, where the Certosa e Museo di San Martino is located.

If you prefer to walk from the central area of Pompeii, start at the main entrance of the Pompeii archaeological site. Head northeast towards Via Villa dei Misteri, and continue straight onto Via Roma. Follow Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. Turn left and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Napoli Central Station. From there, follow the public transport instructions above to reach Largo S. Martino.
