Walking
From the center of Siena, head towards Piazza del Campo, which is a well-known landmark. Once you reach Piazza del Campo, exit the square through the Porta San Marco. Continue straight on Via di Città until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn right onto Via Banchi di Sopra and walk until you reach Piazza delle Erbe in San Gimignano. The Duomo di Santa Maria Assunta will be located at the north side of the square.

From Siena, walk to the Siena Bus Station located near Piazza Gramsci. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to San Gimignano. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Gimignano bus station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs to 'Centro Storico' which will lead you to Piazza delle Erbe, where the Duomo di Santa Maria Assunta is located.
