From the city center, take Route 390 south for approximately 10 km. Look for signs directing you to Arakawa. After about 10 minutes, you will see a turn-off for Arakawa. Turn left onto Arakawa and continue for about 2 km. The observatory will be on your right at 1024-1 Arakawa, Ishigaki, Okinawa 907-0024. There is parking available at the observatory.
