If you're in the central area of Kanazawa, you can also walk to Higashi Chaya District. From Kenrokuen Garden, exit the garden and head south towards the main road, then turn left onto the road leading to the Kanazawa Castle. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Higashiyama Street. Turn right onto Higashiyama Street and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you see the signs for Higashi Chaya District. The area is known for its traditional wooden buildings and tea houses.
