Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Kenrokuen Garden' stop. From there, walk towards the entrance of Kenrokuen Garden, and you will find the Kotoji Toro (Stone Lantern) just a short walk inside the garden.

If you are starting from the Kenrokuen Garden area, walk towards the main entrance of Kenrokuen Garden, which is located at 1 Kenrokumachi. Enter the garden and follow the signs to the Kotoji Toro. It is prominently located within the garden, so you should see it shortly after entering. The walk should take around 5-10 minutes.
