You can take the 'Noto Railway Bus' or any local bus that goes towards 'Nomachi'. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Nomachi' bus stop. From there, Nishi Chaya District is a short 5-minute walk. Head northwest on Route 157, and take a left at the first intersection to enter the district.

Public Transport - Tram
From Kanazawa Station, walk to the nearest tram station, which is 'Kanazawa Eki'. Take the 'Hokuriku Railroad Asanogawa Line' tram towards 'Nishichaya'. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Nishichaya' tram stop. Once you get off, Nishi Chaya District is just a short 5-minute walk to the east. You can follow the signs directing you toward the historic district.

If you are already in the central area of Kanazawa, you can reach Nishi Chaya District on foot. Start at the Kenrokuen Garden, which is a popular tourist spot. From Kenrokuen, head south towards the 'Nomachi' area. It will take about 25 minutes to walk. Follow the path south until you reach Route 157, then turn right and walk until you reach the Nishi Chaya District entrance.
