    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #28 or #33. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Uzumasa Hachiokacho' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk about 10 minutes northwest along Uzumasa Hachiokacho street. Kōryū-ji Temple will be on your left at 32 Uzumasa Hachiokacho.

  • Subway and Walk

    Take the Kyoto Subway from Kyoto Station on the Karasuma Line towards Kokusai Kaikan. Transfer at 'Kitaoji Station' to the Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line. Ride towards 'Uzumasa Tenjingawa Station'. Exit the station and take a 15-minute walk west along Uzumasa Hachiokacho street until you reach Kōryū-ji Temple, located at 32 Uzumasa Hachiokacho.
