From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway towards 'Kitaoji'. Get off at 'Kitaoji Station' (about 20 minutes). From there, take exit 1, and walk north for about 15 minutes until you reach Nishijin Textile Center, located at 414 Tatemonzencho, Kamigyo Ward.

From the Kyoto Imperial Palace, head northwest along Imadegawa Street until you reach the intersection with Kamo River.
