If you are staying at any accommodation in the central area of Naoshima, the Art House Project: Go'o Shrine is a walkable distance from the main tourist spots. From the Benesse House Museum, head south towards the main road (Route 30). Turn left onto Route 30 and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see signs for the shrine on your right.
