If you are driving, take the Tokushima Expressway and exit at Tokushima IC. From the interchange, follow Route 11 (Tokushima Road) towards Tokushima City. Continue on Route 11 until you reach the intersection near the Tokushima Prefectural Office. Turn left onto Route 192 and follow the signs to the Bizan Ropeway. There is parking available near the base station, but be prepared for a small parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Bizan Ropeway via public transportation, first make your way to Tokushima Station, which is accessible by train or bus from various locations in Shikoku Island. From Tokushima Station, take a local bus (Route 7 or Route 8) towards Bizan Park. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Bizan Ropeway bus stop. The ropeway station is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you're staying in central Tokushima, you can walk to the Bizan Ropeway. From Tokushima Station, head south towards the river and follow the signs to Bizan Park. The walk is about 30 minutes and provides a nice view of the city along the way. Once you reach the park, the ropeway station will be clearly marked.
