If you're driving to Senpiro Falls, start from Yakushima Airport. Head north on Route 78 for about 20 minutes until you reach the intersection at Anbo. Turn left onto Route 112, and continue for another 15 minutes. Look for signs for Senpiro Falls as you approach Mugio. The waterfall is located about 2 kilometers down a small road off Route 112. There is a parking area available near the falls.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Yakushima Airport or the main town area to Miyanoura. From Miyanoura, transfer to the bus heading towards Yakushima's interior (Senpiro Falls bus stop). The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. Once you reach the Senpiro Falls bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk to the falls.
