From the Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), head southeast along Rue Talaa Kebira. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Talaa Sghira. Turn left onto Rue Talaa Sghira and follow it until you reach the junction with Rue El Miter. Turn right onto Rue El Miter, and continue walking straight. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Hay Blida. After a short walk, you will find Fez Cooking School at Palais Amani located at 12 Derb El Miter, Oued Zhoune on your left.
