    If you are traveling by car from Lake Niassa to Lake Malawi, start your journey by heading south towards the town of Cuamba. Follow the main road (EN1) for approximately 50 km until you reach Cuamba. From Cuamba, continue on the EN1 heading southeast towards the border with Malawi. You'll cross the border at the Mwanza border post. Make sure to have your passport ready and be prepared for any border fees, which can vary. After crossing into Malawi, continue driving south on the M1 road towards the town of Monkey Bay, which is located on the shores of Lake Malawi. The journey from Cuamba to Monkey Bay is about 130 km and will take around 2-3 hours depending on road conditions.
