From Cusco, take the highway towards Sicuani (approximately 2 hours drive). Once in Sicuani, continue towards the town of Tinki (around 30 minutes). In Tinki, you can find parking for your car. From Tinki, you will need to take a local taxi or a minibus to reach the starting point of the trek to the 7 Lagunas Ausangate. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes and cost around 20-30 soles. Ensure you confirm the fare before starting your journey.

From Cusco, take a bus or collectivo (shared taxi) to Sicuani, which takes about 2 hours. Upon arriving in Sicuani, transfer to another collectivo heading to Tinki. The journey from Sicuani to Tinki will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Tinki, you can hire a local taxi to take you to the trailhead for the 7 Lagunas Ausangate trek. This taxi ride should cost around 20-30 soles.
