Getting There

Walking
If you are in the Plaza de Armas (the main square of Ayacucho), head directly east towards the intersection with Avenida 28 de Julio. Once you reach Avenida 28 de Julio, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 2 de Mayo. The Ayacucho Cathedral is located at the corner of Calle 2 de Mayo and Avenida 28 de Julio. Look for the large white and yellow building with a beautiful facade.

Public Transport (Collectivo)
Find a collectivo (shared taxi) station near your location. Make sure to board a collectivo heading towards the city center. You can ask locals for directions to the nearest station. Once you're in a collectivo, inform the driver that you want to go to the 'Catedral de Ayacucho.' The driver will drop you off close to the cathedral, and from there, you can walk to the entrance.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Plaza de Armas. Head east on Avenida 28 de Julio, then turn left onto Calle 2 de Mayo. Continue straight until you see the cathedral on your right. There are bike racks available near the cathedral for you to park your bicycle safely.
