Start at Plaza de Armas, the main square in Cusco. From the square, head northwest on Avenida El Sol towards the intersection with Calle Santa Clara. Turn left onto Calle Santa Clara and continue until you reach Avenida Pardo. Turn right onto Avenida Pardo and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Cultura. Here, you can catch a taxi or continue walking if you're up for it. If you choose to walk, continue straight on Avenida de la Cultura for about 2 kilometers. The Temple of the Moon is located near the Qenqo archaeological site. Look for signs pointing to the Temple of the Moon as you approach.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida de la Cultura. Take a local minibus that is heading towards Sacsayhuamán or Puca Pucara. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop for the Temple of the Moon. This ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. After getting off, you may have to walk a short distance (approximately 10 minutes) to reach the Temple itself.
