    From the center of Huaraz, start at Plaza de Armas (the main square). Head northwest on Avenida Luzuriaga until you reach the junction with Avenida 28 de Julio. Turn left onto Avenida 28 de Julio and continue walking until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre de Huaraz), which will be on your right. At the bus terminal, look for buses heading towards Caraz or other nearby towns. Make sure to confirm that the bus will take you to Callejon de Huaylas.
