Follow the signs for the park entrance, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from Huaraz. Once you enter the park, continue along the main road until you reach the Conococha area, where you will find a sign for Laguna Yanarraju. From here, take the dirt road that leads to the lake. The drive will take around 1 hour on this unpaved road. Be cautious of the terrain and weather conditions.

To reach Laguna Yanarraju using public transportation, take a bus from Huaraz to the town of Carhuaz. This bus ride typically costs around 10-15 soles and takes about 1 hour. Inform the driver that you want to visit Laguna Yanarraju, and they will drop you off at the closest point to the lake. From there, you may need to walk about 30 minutes along a trail to reach the lagoon.
