Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are at the Sintra train station, exit the station and head straight towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Turn right and walk down this road until you reach the bus stop named 'Sintra - Estação'. Here, you can catch a bus to Lisbon. Take the bus number 728 or 403. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Lisboa - Praça do Comércio' stop, get off the bus and walk towards the large square in front of you. The Lisbon Story Centre is located at Praça do Comércio 78, which is on your left-hand side as you approach the square.

  • Train

    From Sintra train station, board a train towards Lisbon (Cascais Line). Make sure the train is headed to 'Rossio' station. The train ride will take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Rossio station, exit the station and turn left onto Praça Dom Pedro IV. Walk straight until you reach the end of the square, then turn right onto Rua 1º de Dezembro. Continue straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. The Lisbon Story Centre is located at Praça do Comércio 78, which will be on your right.

  • Bus

    At the Sintra bus terminal, take the bus number 434 which goes to 'Lisboa - Praça do Comércio'. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Praça do Comércio, you will see the large square. Walk towards the square, and the Lisbon Story Centre is located at Praça do Comércio 78, on the left side of the square as you face the river.
