If you are in the center of Sintra, make your way to the Sintra train station. From there, take the train to Rossio Station in Lisbon. Once you arrive at Rossio Station, exit the station and head towards Praça da Figueira. From Praça da Figueira, walk towards the Rua da Prata and continue straight until you reach the Campo Martim Moniz. At Campo Martim Moniz, look for the tram stop for the Tram 28. Take Tram 28 and ride until you reach the stop at Miradouro de Santa Luzia. Once you get off the tram, follow the signs to Largo de Santa Luzia, where you will find the scenic viewpoint.

Starting from Sintra, head to the train station and board a train to Lisbon. Disembark at Rossio Station. From Rossio, take bus 737 towards 'Graça'. Get off at the 'Largo de Santa Luzia' stop. Once you get off the bus, the Miradouro de Santa Luzia will be just a short walk away. Follow the signs directing you to the viewpoint.

If you are staying in the historical center of Sintra, walk towards the Sintra National Palace. From there, head towards the main road and find the signs directing you to the train station. Take the train to Rossio in Lisbon. Once you arrive at Rossio, walk to the nearby Praça do Rossio and continue straight to Rua do Comércio. From there, turn left onto Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, which will lead you to the tram station. Board Tram 28, and ride until you reach 'Largo de Santa Luzia', where the viewpoint is located.
