Walking
From Sintra's historic center, head towards the Sintra train station. Walk along Rua Dr. Alfredo da Costa until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Estrada da Várzea. Turn left onto Estrada da Várzea and walk for about 1 km. Quinta da Ribafria will be on your right at Estr. Várzea, 2710-403 Sintra.

Bus
From Sintra's historic center, walk to the Sintra bus terminal located near the train station. Take bus number 435 towards 'Colares'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Várzea' bus stop. From there, walk back about 200 meters along Estrada da Várzea, and Quinta da Ribafria will be on your left.

If you prefer not to walk or take the bus, you can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Sintra. Simply tell the driver you would like to go to Quinta da Ribafria, located on Estrada da Várzea, 2710-403 Sintra. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes depending on your location.
