Car
If you are traveling by car, start by driving to Espot, a small village located near the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park. From there, follow the signs indicating 'Cascada de Ratera' along the Carr. d'Espot a Sant Maurici road (25597). The last part of the road leading to the parking area is approximately 11 kilometers and winds through beautiful landscapes. There is a parking lot at the end of the road. Note that parking fees may apply, so be prepared with cash or a card.

Public Transportation
To reach Cascada de Ratera using public transportation, take a bus from larger towns like Lleida or La Seu d'Urgell to Espot. Once you arrive in Espot, you can either hike to the Cascada de Ratera or take a taxi to the parking area on Carr. d'Espot a Sant Maurici. The hike from the parking area to the waterfall is approximately 1.5 kilometers and takes about 30 minutes. Ensure you check the bus schedules in advance as they vary by season.
