If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, located near Torla. Head towards the A-135 road and follow it until you reach the entrance of the park. Continue on the road until you reach the parking area at the Pradera de Ordesa, which is about 12 km from the park entrance. Parking fees may apply, usually around €6-€8 for a full day. From the Pradera de Ordesa, take the marked hiking trails that lead to Clavijas de Carriata. The hike will take approximately 1.5 hours one way.

If you prefer using public transport, take a bus from Huesca to Torla. The bus service operates regularly and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Torla, you can catch another shuttle bus to the Pradera de Ordesa. The shuttle service typically runs from late spring to early autumn and costs around €3-€5 one way. After arriving at Pradera de Ordesa, follow the marked hiking trails to reach Clavijas de Carriata, which is about a 1.5-hour hike.
