From Tarragona city center, head to the main bus station located at Avinguda de Catalunya, 14. Look for the bus company 'Teisa' that operates routes towards Poblet. Purchase a ticket to Poblet (Poblet Monastery). The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Alight at the Poblet Monastery stop. The monastery entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop.

Train and Bus
Start at Tarragona's train station (Estació de Tarragona) and take a Renfe train towards Reus. Change trains at Reus to a train heading to Montblanc. Once you arrive at Montblanc, exit the train station and head to the bus station nearby. Catch the local bus to Poblet Monastery, which should take around 25 minutes. Alight at the Poblet Monastery stop, and you'll find the entrance a short walk away.

Bicycle
For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Tarragona. Start your journey heading out of the city towards the N-240 road. Follow the signs to Poblet, which is about 30 km away. The route is scenic but requires some cycling experience. Once you arrive at Poblet, the monastery is easily accessible from the main road.
