If you are driving from Khao Sok National Park, take Route 401 towards Takua Pa. Continue on Route 401 for about 45 kilometers. As you approach Takua Pa, look for signs indicating Ko Kho Khao Island. Once you reach the pier for Ko Kho Khao, park your car and take a ferry to the island. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes. After disembarking, follow the signs to Ban Ko Kho Khao, which is a short walk from the ferry terminal.

To reach Ko Kho Khao via public transport, first head to the nearest bus station in Khao Sok National Park. Take a bus to Takua Pa, which should take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Takua Pa, look for local transport options (such as a tuk-tuk or songthaew) that can take you to the pier for Ko Kho Khao. The ride to the pier should take around 20 minutes. After arriving at the pier, board the ferry to Ko Kho Khao, which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving on the island, follow the signs to Ban Ko Kho Khao, which is a short walk from the ferry terminal.
