From Loei city center, head to the Loei Bus Terminal. Look for a bus heading to Nong Hin District. The bus ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Inform the bus driver that you wish to get off at the nearest stop to Hin Pha Ngam Park, which is located in Puan Phu. Once you arrive, you can ask locals for directions to the park, which is about 5 kilometers away from the bus stop.

After arriving at the Loei Bus Terminal, you can also take a songthaew (shared taxi) directly to Nong Hin District. The ride will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Nong Hin, ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Hin Pha Ngam Park, located approximately 3 kilometers from the town center.
