If you are in central Loei, start at the Loei Provincial Hall (Sala Khao Loei). From there, head north on Phu Phuttho Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Si Song Rak Road. Turn left onto Si Song Rak Road and continue walking straight for another 2 kilometers. You will notice signs leading to Phu Phuttho. As you approach, you will see the large Buddha statue atop Military Hill. Follow the path that leads uphill towards the Buddha.
