From the center of Buon Ma Thuot, head northwest on Le Duan Street towards Pham Van Dong Street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Pham Van Dong Street. Turn right onto Pham Van Dong Street. After approximately 500 meters, you will see Kotam Community Resort on your left at 789 Pham Van Dong.

Rent a bicycle from any of the local shops in Buon Ma Thuot. Start from the city center and head northwest on Le Duan Street.
