Highly recommend Dugan and his 2-hr walking tour of Portland. Destructive fires, the canning industry, architecture, Margaret Chase Smith and much, much more, spanning 4 centuries of Portland’s history complete with interesting photos and obscure tidbits. Pace of the walk was easy. History-packed with a touch of humor and plenty of time for questions.

Dugan was knowledgeable, personable, and funny. He centered his story around the multiple fires that periodically devastated Portland. That, and the city's role in American history. Learned lots.
