Went with my family and bought a 48 hour pass. The first day and a half was good and the drivers were friendly, fun and helpful. On the 2nd day we got off at stop #5 for Auggie's BBQ (very good food) and were assured we would be picked up in the same spot. This was an official stop on the route that we had been by a couple of times the day before. After we finished eating we waited at the stop in the hot sun, no shade, 100 degree heat for 35 minutes (the buses are supposed to come by every 20 minutes and had up until this time). When a driver finally came, he started saying that they did not stop there (even though every driver before had stopped there and it was stop #5 on their pamphlet) and he proceeded to make us wait and wouldn't let us on the bus while he lectured us on not having an 'attitude'. The couple in front of us made a comment, and all I said was that the driver that let us out said we would be picked up in the same spot, yet he continued to make my parents, sister and I stand out in the hot sun while he went on about how they no longer made that stop because it blows out their tires (again this was printed on the hundreds of pamphlets that they DID stop here and we had 3 different drivers previously that did stop there). He was very rude, unfriendly, and condescending and I would never buy tickets for this again. The other drivers were very nice, but this one hateful driver ruined this experience.
