If you are looking for something different to do with your family, that is very much enjoyable and fun. This is definitely it. Our guide was amazing as well. It’s always hard to find some thing that my four-year-old can do and that is still enjoyable for our older kids. This was perfect for everyone including my husband and I.

We were not there for a zipline tour. I had to select that in order to submit a review. We stayed at the property on Grimes Mill road. It was a beautiful location overlooking a creek with wildlife to watch from the patio. The house was a very attractive modern design with lots of windows and artwork on the surrounding grounds. Very comfortable. Our general complaint was that it seemed obvious that higher end property rental was not the focus, or experience, of this company. We felt like we (and the property) were more an after-thought, or a nuisance, when calling to get service that was expected. Examples: > No firewood for the fire pit and no offer to bring any. > Everything was buried under a layer of leaves. So nobody had prepped the outside of the property recently for guests. > A guided hike was expected, but was denied because they were short staffed for their zipline business. Obviously, they knew we were coming, and were expecting that hike... Seems strange that a client paying for a rental worth thousands of dollars wouldn't warrant at least as much attention as their zipline customers. In spite of these detractions, we enjoyed our stay.

We had the most awesome time with the crew at Daniel Boone's! This was a big family outing and we felt safe, had fun, and enjoyed the great views on the fantastic ropes course!! Would highly recommend and do it again!!

We loved the challenges, James was very detailed and patient with us, especially with my 6 years old granddaughter whom was scared of the small zip line. She ended up doing it about 4 times after the first. We will definitely come back, next time to do the real zip lines.

The Boone Creek Adventures team is a pleasure to work with and offer a range of great activities for a variety of ages and skill. We initially had some issue with our timeslot and the team was very responsive and resolved the item immediately. We had 9 family members, ages 6 to 69, participate in the Daniel Boone Challenge: An Adventure in the Trees. This activity involves an hour-long obstacle-like rope course, with a easier level and a more challenging level. While not a true zipline activity, kids (young to teens) had a great time being anchored into a guide line and navigating a wide set of different obstacles up in the tree canopy, with a brief zipline experience at the end. The staff was knowledgeable and focused on being safe and having fun. We brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed relaxing on the grounds after the activity.

Harrison was our guide and provided a wonderful experience for my two granddaughters and me. He was knowledgeable and engaging and really made our experience special. BCO is very safety-oriented and did an excellent job of preparing us with the harnesses and helmets, and explaining how to navigate the course. Harrison was there to troubleshoot and coach us along if we ran into any struggles. This is a really great activity for families with ‘littles’ who aren’t ready for a full-fledged zip line experience. It was a real confidence-builder for my nine and five year-old granddaughters. They are still talking about how much fun they had!! I highly recommend this 1.5 hour outdoor experience... if you go, be sure to hit Boonedogs Restaurant - three miles down the road - for lunch. Have their famous hotdogs and a cold Freddy’s root beer!
