The deluxe tour did not take place as the tribal park was still closed. So we were put on a 2.5 hr sunset tour. Which was fine but not what we paid for!! I had an online chat with Christopher Ryan about this and he told me it was still on but the Goulding’s lodge informed us it wasn’t he basically cut me off. Just check the tribal park Is open before booking this tour.

What was nice was that you were picked up at the campsite. The tour includes a fairly large group of people. There were 13 of us. The guide told a lot. We were unlucky enough to visit the park in the rain. It was cold, windy and wet in the back of the car. There was a possibility to let us sit in a sheltered position. We requested this. It took almost an hour before our request was granted. We were now chilled and quite wet. It was a shame that a short stop was not made at the end, when it was dry.
