We really enjoyed our walking tour with Lauren. She knew so much about the native plants and environment - it was awesome.Definitely recommend!

This walking tour was perfect! Lauren was our guide and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked us if we wanted an easy, more level hike or one with more climbing that would be moderate. As we all had already hiked some earlier in the day before we got to Denali, we all agreed on the easy, level hike. She pointed out all of the interesting flora and signs of fauna along the way, and filled us in on the history of the area, but also allowed quiet time to just enjoy the surroundings. I could tell she really loved the area and enjoyed guiding others on a hike. For us, this was the perfect introduction to Denali NP because as we spent the next two days in the park, we already had the knowledge of the things around us. I totally recommend this walking tour!

We took an off the beaten path tour and it was exactly what we wanted. Our guide educated us about the flora and fauna in the area. We saw sign of moose and what they like to eat. Amazing and fun.

This was a really great walk/hike. Elizabeth the guide was super nice and knowledgeable about the area. We learned a lot about the wildlife and flora. We saw signs of moose. But no actual moose which is probably a good thing. We had a really good time. Totally recommend.

Our guide Joseph was very knowledgeable on wildlife and nature. He also gauged the walk very well to fit the group. A beautiful day in an amazing park

Joseph was an excellent guide and super knowledgeable about the area. The trail we took was fun with the twists, turns, inclines and declines - and definitely rewarded at a few spots with amazing views. We learned a lot and we were happy we chose this excursion.

Fun, hands on tour of the forest. We didn't see any wildlife, but found ample evidence of their presence. Great hike for those interested in the biota of the forest.

Our guide led three couples on a 2.5 hour hike on a new trail going into the Denali National Park. As the third couple in line, it was difficult to hear any of her conversation. Additionally, there were long periods where she said nothing. She pointed out some of the vegetation and when we came to a small lake, there was a family of ducks. We spent, what I felt was too much time sitting at the lake. We didn’t see any other wildlife during the hike. The guide needs to have more conversation with the group about the area or stories. Most of the time was walking the path with no conversation and too much time was spent looking at the few examples of vegetation. Honestly, we paid $250 for a walk through the woods which we could have done on our own. There are other self guided trails close by with more to see and better possibility of seeing wildlife. I don’t typically leave negative reviews but feel this was an overpriced hike with little interaction with the guide. Our guide was very nice but just not very interactive with the entire group.

Loved Andy! Great guide! Kept up a good pace, very knowledgeable and fun. We learned so much! My sister and I will have great memories from our time in Denali! We were happy to get off the beaten path and enjoy nature up close.

Andy was an amazing guide. His knowledge of Alaska flora and fauna was incredible. His passion for the outdoors was obvious throughout the hike. Just an amazing experience.
